| How do I download a video? |
| When you click on a model's page, you'll see all of her videos listed. On the RIGHT side of each video image, you'll see some buttons. Click the one that says 'DOWNLOAD VIDEO FILES'. A list of video download options will pop up on your screen. |

| I downloaded a video and it doesn't work! |
| If you downloaded a video from the DOWNLOAD VIDEO FILES screen and it doesn't play, try upgrading or installing the appropriate video player from the list below. If you still have problems, try installing our recommended player VLC at videolan.org. VLC is the best universal player for all computers. It will normally play ANY type of file. |

| How often is eroBerlin updated? |
| We are shooting every week and try to add a new video every Friday. Some of the models have up to 10 videos, so we have a lot of updates yet to post! |
